My heart goes out to all of you that have lost a loving pet, a part of the family really. It is soo nice to see that we have such a touching and loving community here on YT. Your doggies are in doggie heaven looking down upon you and thanking you for the great times you spent together.
I know what Raiza is talking about as it is very similar in Colombia the way dogs are looked upon. That might explain why there are soooo many stray dogs. My parents didn't quite understand where my tremendous love and over-protectiveness came from towards Cookie as I never had a pet before. I guess everyone here can understand that it just comes from somewhere deep inside and we all just want the best for our babies. Luckily my parents have become just as over-protective as I have but not I'm still the big spender...
They often say, "I can't believe this little Cookie makes me so googoo gaga for her!"
