I didn't know that the shelf life was 6 weeks. Good to know that. I have a Vittles Vault but it's soooo hard to open! I end up keeping a few days worth of food in a ziploc bag so I only have to open it occasionally. |
If you freeze it, cut the numbers off and tape them on one of the containers. Use that container last.
I put mine in zip lock bags and tape the numbers on the bag, but I'm going to freeze the next bag in smaller containers.
I love this idea!
