Be aware! Hello Yorkie Lovers!
This is my first time on Yorkie Talk! I have a little three pound yorkie Kricket and she is 7 years old now. Love the breed.
Please people looking to buy a yorkie be wary as I have found and reported 5 teacup yorkie SCAMS! The Free For Adoption then money for shipping fees! All are worded almost the same in that their living accommodations have recently changed and have to give up their Yorkies. The language is first grade or less in that they have one long run on sentence and punctuation is non existent! Even got a web page from Alaska Air only the person giving the dog up was from Cameroon. I am not sure but do not think Alaska Air has opened an airline in Central Africa! Check all info especially the area code for the non existent phone number. Today one from Portage la Prairie in Manitoba who just moved to Edmonton and area code was from the state of Massichutis. (spelt wrong I know... Boston area)! Please let people know to be wary and check out everything.
Someone mentioned B. C. We got both of our Yorkies from Crystal Water's Kennel! She Marita has beautiful puppies!I found out that their are new owners but they kept the Kennel name! Please be wary!
P.S. I am not sure it is crazy to ask $1200 for a pup! We got Kricket when she was 1 pound and if you are into leather couches.... We got three of them just for Kricket. Non breeding and size... I laugh and say we must of bought her by the ounce! Worth every penny! |
