Did you talk to her personally about it? I mean if you have been going to her for years- you would think she would want any kind of feedback from you. Maybe try talking to her about it, tell her the concerns you had with the last grooming apt. Maybe she was having a bad day, super busy or something like that. Also bring up the price difference, maybe since you have been a long time customer she can give you some sort of discount?? You never know. Then depending on the answer you get you can look around.
