Well if she is barking too much you will need to correct her. She is still a young pup so you have to mold her into the Adult dog you want. I think barking is good in a way- I wouldn't want to teach my dog barking is not allowed, but I want to teach them when the right time to bark is. When she barks to the point where she is “yappy” you need to tell her No and then when she stops reward her- I hear of people using cans with pennies with them, squirt bottle things like that, but I don’t really like those items. I think you can train them without scaring them to death or squirting water in their eyes. Just continue to work on her, she will learn-
