 Thoughts and prayers for your daughter and her friend
I still don't know which is harder - being the patient or the family member in the waiting room. What a selfless daughter you have. Her concerns are for everyone else and not for herself. I have several friends giving and receiving transplanted organs. It is just as difficult for the donor as it is for the recipient. The good news is this procedure is becoming so common now that the success and full recovery is very high.
All the best to you and your daughter. My prayers will include your daughter for a speedy recovery and for Mom because I know you will be worried until you see her in recovery - it is just how Mom's are! |
