My Daisy is 7 months now and her adult canines are coming in but they havent pushed out the puppy canines yet. I brush her teeth daily however she each time I go to brush her teeth there is a weird greenish/grey buildup between her teeth (just between the canines). I can brush them pretty good but I still feel like there is some like in between? Should I try to floss her somehow? or just wait until they puppy ones fall out so I can brush the adult ones really good?

Also she lets me brush the front and side teeth really well but wont let me get to the back ones.. sometimes I can with my finger and toothpaste get to the back ones. But never with the finger brush and she freaks out and runs away from me..
