I took a before picture and I will take an after for you guys to see. Poor Jasper. OH and we asked that we be called when he's finished and we'd pick him up. NOPE we can pick him up after 3:00!!!!

No, you are not being unreasonable. I was able to leave Bella's crate, favorite toys, etc., and the groomer did more than just a bath and a sanitary cut. Part of the joy of the first grooming is seeing what lies underneath that puppy coat--they are real diamonds in the rough, literally!--and this groomer is denying you that experience. Definitely look for a new groomer for Jasper's next haircut.
