Full height and length ie the boney growth usually occurs anywhere from 8mths to 1yr old in the toy or small dogs.
But full body weight and muscular development usually takes a bit longer, so it is not unusual to add anywhere from 5-10% of their one year old weight in the next year.
And emotional and mental maturity might take even longer.
