Good girl (((HUGS))) TBH docking her tail at the same time as her spay would be classed as an amputation I'm surprised a vet would even suggest that We've had a docking ban for a few years now here in the UK and it's lovely seeing all manner of breeds with their tails Before then I thought I would have to get in touch with a breeder BEFORE her litter was born, say w wanted an undocked bitch pup and pay the full price there and then as a guarantee we definitely WOULD have the pup We would have quite happily have done that but now its not an issue
I have had docked yorkies & jack russells in the past and their stumpy waggly tails ARE cute....but not as cute as a longer tail
