I do. I have gotten them annually for EVERY dog I've ever owned without any problem. Only thing one of them ever went without was heartworm prevention (a LONG time ago) and ended up almost dying from heartworms...after only a 2 week time frame...this was when it was I big brown pill a day. Trixie got her last set late because she was pregnant when she was due for them. Vet said wait until afterwards.
Don't know what my vet would say if I said I didn't want to get them because I'm not interested in skipping. Just MY OPINION...I am sure you will hear ALOT about both scenarios.
