Thank you everyone for responding. Yes, it was an accident as the owner said the boy is 15 1/2 and the vet told her his sperm count was extremely low. My friend's heart isn't set on this particular dog as she hasn't been to see it yet. The seller is only asking $300 for the dog and it isn't that important to my friend that it is registered ... as it will be in a loving home with another pet. |
