It's very normal puppy behavior! They just get these odd ideas in their heads... haha... AllDogBoots gives really great advice: a chewy or some toy might "distract" him and channel the chewing in a better direction. You'll probably have to switch it up and keep rotating toys to keep his attention off the grass...You just have to wait it out until Oscar grows out of his little phase
