We're not sure on names yet. A few we're considering:

1. Vega: Our pup is going to be such a shining light in our lives, which is fitting since Vega is one of the brightest stars in the night sky of the Northern Hemisphere.

2. Lyra: The constellation Vega is in (it is a harp and can be seen in the night sky looking north; I think it's circumpolar so that Americans can see it any night of the year)

3. Cookie: It's just a fun feminine name, and we know we're getting a fun dog!

4. Deneb: This is the brightest star in the constellation Cygnus. I kind of like this one since our pup is so beautiful and since Cygnus is a swan. Cygnus is visible in the summer night sky of the Northern hemisphere, and will be able to be seen tonight in the east above Pegasus and below Lyra. Cygnus sounds too masculine though, so we're definitely not going with that name for a sweet female.
