I think.. in my humble opinion... the word teacup is used by breeders who are breeding for tinies..not caring about health issues. Ok ..we got that... but I also believe there is not a GOOD breeder who breeds for tinies either. Sometimes they happen, they may be healthy but still need protection due to size. Ok...the same way the breeders who are good have tiny babies the bad breeders get yorkies that are larger... and because the breeders did not filter or check for health issue the standard or larger yorkie may be not be healthy.
