IMHO $45 for a regular vet neuter is toooooooo low!! No way the dog can be pre screened, given the proper anesthetic protocol or after care meds for that price. I would pay more than that for a regular visit. I would also doubt that they would employ a tech overnight for post op care.
I am really stressed when my dog has surgery of any kind, but would be really scared if it cost so little...Some corners must be cut to do this.
Sorry to be so negative, but anesthetics for small dogs needs care and competence.
