I bake 2 chicken breasts in my convection oven (toaster oven) for about 20 minutes ( until no longer pink)
Shred with a fork and put in a ziplock Baggie then pop the Baggie in the freezer. I remove what I need for a couple of days and put the Baggie back in the freezer.
