Wow, that is scary about the mushrooms being that deadly. I've tried thinking of everything I could possibly think of that may have made him so sick. I even thought it could be from the bath and me washing around his mouth and him licking the soap. Could that have caused his sickness. I used dawn dishwashing soap because I thought that was safe. I see them bathing wild life with that soap so I thought it would be safe.

I also remember when I was outside trying to potty train him, we recently had a lot of rain and there were wild mushrooms every where. I just started yanking them out of the ground and throwing them over the fence after I caught him chewing on one, because I don't know if these things are poisonious or not. I caught him chewing on one and yelled out at him NO. I don't know how much of it he ate, not much I don't think.

Thank you for the advice. Can you tell me about what you use to bathe them with? I thought about using Johnson's baby shampoo. He's still a little too young for the groomer, I think. He gets really dirty around his mouth so I need something safe cause he licks when I wash him there.
