In doing some research I read that Yorkshire Terriers were initially bred as 20 pound rat hunting dogs. So maybe some genes got expressed from generations ago in her bloodline? Full yorkie or not (and she looks yorkie to my untrained eye), she is definitely a beauty. But wow, she's only 10 lbs? She looks so much bigger than your 6 lb little guy.
