Hello, Yes, it is can be risky and dangerous to breed under the 5 lbs. mark but even 5 lb'er have problems.
Talk to your Vet about your concerns, and about x-rays to see if she will need a C-Section or if she will be able to have them natural..
Read everything you can.
See if your Vet can recommend a breeder near you to talk to and help you through the birthing process.
