Hi,
If there are dogs walking in the area outside your house then you shouldn't allow her on the ground as you are putting her at risk of parvo, it's highly contagious.
Can you use potty training pads inside the house for now? You could train her to potty outdoors when she is older and fully vaccinated.

You mentioned in an earlier post that she isn't drinking much, I had the same problem with mine her first few days at home. You could try warming the water or milk formula slightly, it might help. My puppy refused cold water but drank it warm no problem. You can also add liquid to your puppy's soft food to help increase her fluid intake.
