I'd keep up with moist food, and goat's milk diluted (if you don't have a puppy formula available). Her constipation could be from dry stool or lack of fiber. Any changes in food or environment can cause temporary problems, so make changes slowly.

Definitely don't let her go where any other dogs pass by. The threat of Parvo is very serious and deadly.

The risk of falling off bed or getting rolled on is also reason for concern. I kept my pups in a baby playpen near my bed at night until they were a little older. They had their cozy bed in there, plus room for food & water, and a pee pad.
