I agree with you 10,000% and I thank you for posting about this. I'm categorically against all traps that are meant to kill, maim, torture. I understand the use of safe repellents or safe/human traps...but there is no excuse for tortuous traps.
I can't even believe that the leg traps are even still used or legal in this world of ours - they are the utter definition of absolute sick torture and human arrogance and ignorance.
