Poor little baby. I hope Cinders heals quickly. My vet uses butorphrenol for pain, and it made my dogs especially clingy and needy while taking it. I always saw a huge difference in how they act once they were off the medication. I think it's important to give them pain meds, but I was always so happy when they could be off of them.
