Mine also has bad separation anxiety but his stems more from the abandonment where he was left by his old owners. Someone posted this page on my thread so I'll pass it along to you.

I've been trying to leave for 5 minutes at a time and then not greet him till he settles down and he's getting a lot better than he was the first time I left him for class. Hope that helps!
