He was 5 months old. The puppy was checked by 2 show breeders and their vet and mine.We had questions and were reassured that both testicles were there, nether had descended at that point. I would check every once in a while then forgot about it.
Then I saw one was down and became concerned about the other one.So I used Google to find out more.Very upsetting to say the least.
I had heard from someone that as long as they have one testicle down that they can be bred. I guess that's true if you want to pass this down the line and risk your dogs health. I'm not willing to do that!
