I remember seeing collars and thinking that they weren't strays and I THINK I remember a red collar but not sure. I'm going to post a message on the post office bulletin board and tell whoever owns the dogs that they almost got in my yard and attacked my small dogs. I was going to say the would owe me thousands of dollars to replace them but that would just invite theft. sigh. Fortunately this type of thing doesn't happen too often. A collie got up to the fence a while back and I am sure she thought they were puppies. When she realized they weren't she left. It was a funny story - the others left and Skeeter was still there barking. When he looked around and noticed no one had his back he high tailed it back in the house. LOL So much for the big bad yorkie!
