They are super soft- Peanut really loves them- do you have like a Fresh and Easy or like Trader Joes? I sometimes buy the Buddy Biscuits at Fresh n Easy and they are super soft and fresh.
And you can bake the sweet potato for like 20-30 mins.. Just bake it like you would a bake potato. Put it in foil with no seasoning or butter/ oil and then you can check on it- take it out and poke it make sure it is soft.
