WOW- I went through this same ordeal with my Logan about a month ago. He was vomiting and had blood in his stool, acting lethargic, etc. So of course we went into panic mode and went to the 24 hour Emergency Vet... bloodwork, x-rays, just like you. They couldn't find anything wrong! The ER vet said at some point while he was on his walk he must have snarfed something up that we didn't see... a dead bird, garbage, something. She injected some fluids and that seemed to revive him.

She gave us a few cans of prescription food for g/i issues and we had him on a "bland" diet for a few days...half-n-half VERY LEAN (95/5) boiled hamburger and rice. He ate that like he'd never seen food and rebounded 100%. We had to slowly switch him back to his usual kibble, but he was back to his usual (hyperactive) personality.

It was a really scary ordeal and you're right, they're just like little babies- you just never know. Keep us posted!!!
