How about Advantix? Or perhaps change to Sentinal instead of comfortis? Do you know where he's getting infested from? Is it from your yard, on walks? If it's your yard, I think the best way is to treat it like others suggested. If it's from walks... Maybe you can try "natural" remedies along with pill/topical treatment you're giving him.
