This morning about 10:15, Ian started barking, a lot. I thought it was FedEx, or UPS, but when I looked out of my window, I saw that it was my neighbor's yorkie! I looked for a person, but he was alone. He was at the end of my driveway, and when I got downstairs, I couldn't find him. I walked towards the end of our street, but didn't see him. When I got back to the front of our home, I saw him sitting at the top of his staries. I've only met him once, so I really don't know him, nor the owners. When I walked towards him, he ran into his house. The front door was half open. I rang the door bell, but no one answered. Since he was inside, I tried to close the door, but it would not close completely. I said hello several times, but no one answered. Since I was home today, I kept looking out of the window, with Ian, to make sure he was not outside. About 2p, he was! This time, I toke Ian with me, thinking that he may come to us, but he didn't. He ran back in his home. I tried to pull the front door shut, but it wouldn't close all of the way. I've been checking all dayfor signs of the owners, but , no luck so far. It's 7:52p, and I don't see any sign that anyone is home. I don't know if he/they are ok or not. I don't know if I should have the police do a wellness check, or not. I have never met the adults...only their child when she was outside with the dog.
