I took Jilly at the breeder's knowing full well the problems she had had all of her young life and what kind of life she was going to have and still, knowing I could care for and provide her the quiet and well-vetted, catered-to life she needed in order to live as long as possible, it was a heartbreaking experience and one I'll never knowingly repeat. Even when you know you are getting a special-needs puppy, watching it suffer despite what the vets, treatment and medicine can do and the long, long nights up with her were so painful and shocking as to be something I'd never want to see another dog ever have to go through. And when I see a website that promotes the breeding and selling of puppies designed to stay super small and undersized, I quake with anger and resentment at the people behind them. |
The VERY first website I almost bought from was "ajjlsyorkies.com" She does state on her page that there is no such thing as a teacup but it is also very evident that she breeds for the tinies as they are really advertised and overpriced. I would never buy from a breeder like this.
