This is GREAT info...sounds very much like what happened, except she had a low bacteria count, which they said was unusual...they did it twice to make sure they got good readings. I will make sure to let everyone know what the outcome of all this is.

I just had my Pom in for these symptoms and the same thing the bacteria count was low. She is better today but is on a bland diet antibiotics and a pill for the diahrrea. Cali had something like it 2 weeks ago. Both times I had given them new dog food, just a little. I am sticking with Cesars and hamburger for now. I cannot afford 2,000.00 in vet bills!
