We bought a White Mini-Schnauzer from Ruthie Freeman a couple of years ago and would really like to get back in touch with her for a new dog. Can you help us we cannot get the vet to help us contact her. If you could please help us we would greatly appreciate it.

Texas has a lot of "puppymills" which you want to steer clear of so be sure to educate yourself on what to look for in a good breeder. There's a lot of advice on that subject on this forum as well as most yorkie websties.
