Ldyrev1 gave great advice about correcting the behavior.
When ever she does it give a little yelp like "ow" and say "no bite" taking snatching your hand away. You can then ignore her for a bit before returning to pet her or whatever, doing the same thing each time she bites. When you see her restrain herself from nibling on you when she normally would give her a treat. Make sure everyone is doing the same thing in your home so theirs no confusion.
It only took a week to get the hang of it. Since he's a puppy he still wants to chew on any and everything, but it's helped a lot and it's cute to see him trying not to chew on me, and if I say "ow" he looks so sorry and comes in for non nibbling cuddles.
