Can't blame that sweet baby. She hasn't learned how to use her tongue and accept the new reality and is probably still sore and stressed by the changes. In time, she'll come to accept it and likely eat normally. I agree I would call the vet for help but you can soak kibble, add some canned if you want and make a mash out of it that she can lick up until her gums are better healed. Or if you home cook, you can put the cooked food in the food processor and make a baby-food type food for her to eat for a while until she's more accepting.
