I think you should definitely try to get your money back & find another vet. Being part of a large group is probably more convenient because you can get quick appointments, but my vet wil always see Lucy immediately in case of emergency.

Thanks Tracey...I like a small good Vet better...you only need one Vet if he is a good Dr....knowing your pet is half the battle.
