So our local security bill for the g8 and Obama visit comes to £50 million there were about 150 protesters outside the summit. We were locked in our work building for 3 hours and Obama didn't get out of the car. We did see the ridiculously long cavalcade. My boss however was invited to his speech. All a bit of an anti climax really.
