once I am on the road to getting this Lyme stuff under control I am thing about send the Vet a letter regarding the fact that I will be taking him to court for his actions (see how he likes that). I am really upset with him.

OMG! That's terrible. My Vet specifically explains all the shots he's giving & why. He specifically tells me he's not giving Bordatella (unless I'm travelling & Lucy would be kennelled or something.)
I think you should definitely try to get your money back & find another vet. Being part of a large group is probably more convenient because you can get quick appointments, but my vet wil always see Lucy immediately in case of emergency.
