Vet your dog to see what is going on. Don't rely on internet scources when your baby's health might be concerned and you don't have a diagnosis. Once you get a diagnosis from the vet, the internet and YT can be very helpful and supportive. I've owned and rescued many dogs and never faced that issue with a single one.
