I agree with everything they have written. The girls still need their eyes wiped to remove normal sleep, just like we get. Carefully using a flea comb will remove any pieces you can't get with a warm washcloth. Excessive tearing is different though. Tearing looks like they about to cry. It looks like their eyes are welling with tears. The fur around their eyes is damp too. If this is the issue, the Gerber baby water may help. I swear by it.
