Make sure when looking for a breeder that they do health testing, they keep the pups with mom until 12 weeks, that the females they are breeding are not under 5 pounds, that there breeding yorkies that follow the standard, they don't use the word teacup or micro and they will let you see where the pups are living and the parents.
