Are you asking me when you ask about "a GE outside of the U.S."? I may have missed something if not. In my earlier post, I mentioned a GE would be nice outside of the US and Canada. Some people are in Austrailia, Netherlands, South Africa, Japan, etc...those are the ones I was referring to..hoping we could someday have a GE that would include those other countries.
