Brandi did the same thing. I used to find pills all over the place. I will say this though, Brandi never just spit them out, I would hide the pill in some food, then let her lick it out of my hand and she would gently place the pill back in my hand. It was the cutest thing. Now the only way I can get her to take her pill is to smear just a dab peanut butter. I have tried several of the suggestions on listed here and absolutely nothing works except peanut butter.
