That does not look normal. I would hope that if your child broke a toe that you woulnd't make them suffer for three days or more before getting medical attention. Dogs have an extremely high tolerance for pain. The fact that she won't use her foot normally should tell you something is majorly wrong. If it is indeed broken, and it's not set properly, the body will try to incorrectly heal it, and could cause something even worse, like infection and lameness. This baby needs to be seen by a vet. There's nothing we can do for you over the internet.
