Hi all.....

Just got some results form the vet and he said that my dog has limes disease. He gave me meds to give him and said he had it a while. I di not see and ticks on my dog and I do give him preventative but not in the dead of winter when the temp is usually under 40 degrees.

Does anyone know about lime disease in dogs. What prompted the blood work for the disease was my dog had a somewhat bloodshot left eye.

Can this be cured in dogs....I did not get the chance to talk to the vet about it cause I was in a meeting and we were talking a long time about some other issues (for which the owner of the vet clinic is going to call me). I almost really dot have too much faith in these vets any more but I am very concerned about my baby....I hope this is not fatal.

Please help if you can.
