The vet I go to here in Missouri doesn't charge hardly anything. And there is no office fee. I only pay for what I get done. Worming medicine is only $2. Rabies shots are $8. A full all over exam with shots is $20. This includes blood work. And when I decide to get my little guy fixed, it is only $50. This vet has been around since the 80's. She is the city vet, but since she doesn't live in town (she actually has the office on her property) she doesn't have to pay rent and all the other costs of living in town. So I think that helps keep the prices down a bit. And I love that she lives right there by her office, because she is able to go check on the animals at night. So I have no reason to complain here.
