As long as there are buyers, it will never end. The majority of people do not take the time to research before buying anything. They just see the cute little tiny thing and fall in love.
I was going to buy a "teacup" yorkie before, I just thought they came in different sizes, for example, there's the standard poodle, the miniature poodle, and the toy poodle. I had no idea they were the runts of the litter being bred over and over for $$ ... I always research everything before I buy and thanks to a couple of websites, I learned about "teacups".
In fact, my mom got a "teacup" Poodle for me 15 years ago!! Sadly, it doesnt look like this will ever end
