In WA (west of Mts.), Frontline Plus works great. But my vet says when Dori starts traveling with us to east coast, we will need to beef up her flea and tick meds and even consider the Lepto vaccine.
He also says there is soon to be on the market a "super" Frontline (different name) that had good reviews.
I'm still sorting it out. She weighs 7.5 lbs and has always done well with Frontline Plus once per month.
