Yes, they would probably still treat almost the same BUT sometimes pancreatitis is so severe in these little ones that IV fluids and hospitalization is necessary. You might want to read the following thread. It gets into a discussion about pancreatitis and it's dangers. As we discussed on that thread, it is SO important to be careful what your pup gets in to.

The thread posted here is about my pup. I can tell you it is very important. One tiny piece of meat caused us all kinds of trouble with my little baby. There are lots of stories and good links on the thread.
